The Effects of Organizational Climate on Organizational Identification and Job Satisfaction: The Hotel Sample

چکیده

Job satisfaction and organizational identification perceptions of employees are essential in tourism. To create this perception not only management applications but also employees' personal differences, working environments, the relationship between safety climate environment is needed. The purpose study to determine how were affected by their results affect job perceptions. Thi s tudy has been conducted 300 who have at 4 5 star hotels. Data collected through questionnaire applying convenience sampling method. test hypothesis structural equation modeling was used. In study, it observed that organiational affects identification. According these results, hypotesises research supported. Theoretical contributions reveal satisfaction. Like similar studies literature, will be beneficial for hospitality industry.
